Shipping policy

Shankhesariya Kiritbhai Rajeshbhai believes in a customer-first philosophy and it is our sincere endeavour to offer you quick and hassle-free delivery. We partner with registered and trusted courier partners to ship your orders within India as well as overseas. Shipping timelines, however, may vary for varied products. Shipping within India isfree for all Prepaid and COD orders.

  • Order will be delivered with 7-10 days from the day ordered.
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been shipped.
  • Orders are dispatched within 48hrs of the orders placed.
  • Shankhesariya Kiritbhai Rajeshbhai reserves theright to cancel any order or avoid delivering to the customer in uncertain circumstances.
  • We cannot dispatch cod orders at non-serviceable pincodes areas so we ask customers to pre-pay for that orders so that we can dispatch them by any other couriers.

COD Orders above Rs10,000 need to pay 20% of the final amount before dispatch. Multiple orders created by customers will be considered on order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. If prepaid your entire order amount will be refunded.You can cancel an order in an easy step:

  • Cancellation of orders purchased during the sale might not be applicable it depends on sale/offers terms and conditions. We will mention our terms and conditions below the offers and sale section.
  • If a customer gave the wrong address or pin code and the order is shipped no changes can be made and that order will get returned to us after that we can Re-dispatch it after changing the correct details it is 1 time only.
